Yes. Google lets you ask your clients for reviews. It doesn't allow paying for them or asking only the happy ones, so every client gets the same text and nobody gets anything for writing one.
What about my bad reviews?
We don't hide or filter reviews. Every client gets the same text, and you can reply to every review on Google, good or bad.
How long until I see more reviews?
The first 30 days are the test. The text goes out after every visit from day one, and at day 30 you compare your new Google reviews with the 3 months before.
Do I lose the reviews on my booking app?
No. You can keep your current app's page up, so those reviews stay. New reviews go to Google, where people searching for a business see them.
Who owns my Google profile?
You do. I'm added as a manager so I can keep it current, and you can remove me any time.
